harbor view friendly staff great location
the rooftop bar provided a fine view of the harbor. i found it close to attractions like 7 portos. the staff was friendly. i plan to return!
the website indicated a restaurant was available, but only breakfast was served. room service came from an outside company. it was a takeaway. i was disappointed by the lack of a proper on-site restaurant.

warm greeting harbour view lovely touch
the reception staff greeted me so warmly upon arrival the location was great overlooking the harbour the rooftop bar was beautiful i enjoyed a lovely margarita crafted by a talented bar man. the hotel offered welcome refreshments which was such a lovely touch the shower area included great amenities a comfortable bed ensured restful nights.
the courtyard room i had was a bit small i wished there was more space or maybe a different view despite the hotel being super clean and quiet that aspect could have been better

the reception staff were helpful and friendly responding quickly to all requests the concierge greeted guests warmly even at late hours the staff offered tea and coffee showing true hospitality.

the rooms included comfortable beds and a choice of pillows the hotel provided amenities in the showers and shower areas the rooms were very clean contributing to a pleasant stay.

the hotel location overlooks the harbour it is near local restaurants and bars walking to the gothic quarter and las ramblas is easy the buses and metro are within easy walking distance offering convenient transport.

i found the lack of a proper on-site restaurant quite disappointing. the hotel information stated a restaurant was available. it only served breakfast and offered a limited room service menu from an external provider (essentially takeaway). this was inconvenient for evening meals as i preferred a full dining experience within the hotel.
